Athlete & Performance Support
Sölvi’s background in sport is broad and practical, spanning strength sports, martial arts, gymnastics, athletics, bodybuilding, Highland Games and Mas wrestling. He supports athletes and active people with lifestyle structure, recovery, training habits, longevity and the wider health foundations that make performance possible.
Spa & Wellness Consulting
Sölvi has long studied European spa culture and medical wellness traditions. In 2006, he toured eighteen of Budapest’s best-known spas and met with Dr István Fluck at the historic Hotel Gellért. He also visited several of Germany’s best-known spa destinations, studying how thermal bathing, recovery practices, movement, nutrition and environment can support health.
